For best results, we recommend you to heat the pan before starting to cook, and add some extra oil for the initial few uses. Once pan is hot you can adjust the flame from medium to low as per requirements. Any kind of spatula can be used on this pan
● After using
After using, clean the pan, you can wash it with soap/ liquid and a soft scrub. Wipe it dry and apply a thin layer of oil all over it before storing, so that rust stays away from your cookware. This is to be done for the initial few weeks after which you can stop oiling.

Arun Jaiswal –
My wife comes from a South Indian family and she was really missing her mom’s dosa recipe. So I bought the cast iron flat tawa and made the exact dosa recipe for her. She was so surprised and happy. She also started using the tawa and said it is very good quality. although it was my first time making dosa, it was easy because the dosa batter didn’t stick to the tawa! I was so relieved!
