We take outmost care while packaging our products, as that is an investment, you as customers make.
If there is any damage to the product during transport, we will offer a replacement.
Here damaged product means if there are cracks or broken parts of the product.
Variation in seasoning or texture of cast iron will not be considered as damage. Minor imperfections, dents and uneven surface cannot be considered as damage as all the products are hand finished.
If there are any broken pieces or cracks on the product, you will have to mail / WhatsApp us images of the products and a short video if necessary. We will go through the images/videos you share and let you know about further steps and eligibility for replacement.
If you receive damaged products, you will have to share the images/ videos within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and use subject line “damaged products- request for replacement” or send a WhatsApp message on 7498654014.
In the email/ message please mention your name, order details and contact number. We will reach out to you on the same.
Once your replacement request is accepted, please pack the product neatly as it was and keep ready for pickup. Home pickup is available in select locations. If home pickup is not available at your location you will have to send us the parcel through India post as a parcel, share the receipt with us. We will pay the shipping amount to you.
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, you will need to send an email/ WhatsApp to us mentioning your name, order details, reason for cancellation and contact number. If the request reaches us before your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email and refund the complete amount in 7 – 10 working days.
If the cancellation request reaches us after the product is dispatched, we will deduct the return shipping charges and refund the remaining amount. Home pickup for cancelled orders is available in select locations. If home pickup is not available at your location, you will have to send us the parcel by any courier that offers home delivery.
In case of exchange, you can follow the same procedure as above.
